1. How do I get paid?

You will get paid in 3 stages.

Stage1: You become eligible to earn ₹1,000 once your friend visits our Office for the first time. You will receive the payout once they book with Frentko.

Stage2: You get another ₹5,000 when they make the booking.

Stage3: And the remaining amount reaches you when they finalise the order with Frentko.

2. How will I be eligible for the referral program?

Participation in the referral program is open to current and previous Fretnko customers. The minimum project value of your friend’s project should be ₹5 lakh.

3. How many friends can I refer?

In this case, the sky is truly the limit. Refer one, refer all – refer as many friends as you can and maximize your earnings.

Program Duration and Modifications

This Referral Program is effective from 26th Feb 2025 and is exclusively available to registered Frentko customers for a limited period. Frentko reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Referral Program, including its requirements and incentives, at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria

Participation in the referral program is open to current and previous Frentko customers, defined as individuals who have booked with Frentko and possess a valid project ID with Frentko.

Referral Earnings Structure

For each successful referral, customers stand to earn 3% of the referred project’s value or Rs.10,000, whichever is higher. This is distributed across three installments:

Rs.2,500 – when the referred person visits the Experience Centre for the first time and the visit is registered by the Experience Centre Manager & qualified by the Frentko team.

Rs.5,000 – when the referred person makes a booking with Frentko

Remaining amount – when the referred person makes a booking with Frentko

The remaining amount – when the referred person finalises the sales order.

It’s important to note that the stages outlined above, as per Frentko, are subject to change without prior notification.

Payout Timing

Referral amounts will be processed between the 1st to 10th of each month.

If the referred person achieves a milestone between the 1st and 14th, the referral payout will be processed in the next month. If the milestone is achieved between the 15th and 30th, the payout will occur in the next to next month.

Invalidated Referrals

Referrals will be invalidated if the referred person has already contacted Frentko prior to being referred or if the amount paid for the referred project (post-discounts & inclusive of taxes) is below Rs.3.5 lakh. Frentko has the right to invalidate referrals in case of discrepancies regarding the referred project’s status.

Fraudulent Practices

During the payout process, if fraudulent practices are detected, the customer will be deemed ineligible for the referral program.

Employee Eligibility

Frentko employees are not eligible to participate in the referral program. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the referral program. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact us.

Multiple Referrals

In case of multiple referrals for the same person, the referral credit will be assigned to the individual whose referral was recorded first in our system. Frentko determines this based on the timestamp of the referral entry. It is important to note that Frentko holds the authority to make the final decision on referral credit allocation.
